Soft-Facts
what is it ?

Examples for Soft-Facts:
  • Image
    trademark, profile...
without identity there is the risk of an image trap!
(more about this in our list of literature...)
  • Identity
    Design, functionality...
Identity is based on a self-perception
and this should be "identical" for all parties concerned!
This can be reached at best by using a graphical Collaboration Management System
  • Haelth
WHO := physical, psychical, mental, social
  • Love and Caring
You will feel Love and Caring where the same Z.eals are pursued,
I.deas become shared and P.roblems are solved together.
The Z.I.P. Principle is as well importand for Networking.
  • Conscience
"The Word, that will help you lately, may not be spoken by yourself..." Kardinal Schönborn
All of us knows that the chasm between knowledge and acting is getting bigger and bigger.
Nobody can lift oneself up by one's own bootstraps, therefore there exists now Your external Conscience©
The chasm between knowledge and acting was never before that big!
Between them mostly lies our "inner Temptation".

Measuring
how does it work ?

"To think is difficult, therefore most of us judge." Carl Gustav Jung, originator of the analytic psychology

To measure means always to use an inner picture as a benchmark for an outer image.

The problem in doing so is that ervery measure will change the measuring object too.

And the inner benchmark not always is objective. This is clearly shown by the history:
  • earth is a disk
  • the venerable science of astronomy against the chronograph
  • spinach contains "much more" ferric
  • an integrated circuit, what's that in aid of?

A fixed benchmark does not fit to some grandiose, who makes everything the same will loose the diversity.

Extraordinary things will fall through the cracks if everithing is lumped together. We will calibrate our benchmarks not until unforeseen measuring values.

Only if the mesuring system, the one who is doing the measure (teacher, manager, boss, scientist...) is ready to learn by himself, his expectation may become calibrated accordingly.

    Art
    what is art ?

There was a discussion with the Viennese painter Ernst Fuchs and the Viennese writer Franz Schuh recently in TV about the question "What is Art and what is Kitsch ?".
Ernst Fuchs defined Art by the skills, it implies some kind of mastery: The Art of measuring Soft-Facts lies in the trick not to use the benchmark or the measuring values to pressure to get higher marks -
because the logical consequently reaction on the pressure to get higher marks is blocking:
    • inner (QI) blocking - illness
    • work to rule
    • inner cancelation
    • refusal
    - but to use the measuring to motivate!
