We use classical movements from TaiJi-Quan for typical situations during wandering offroad heavily frequented routs:
  • special warming-up practices
  • bow stance
  • snape creeps
  • fair lady shuttles
  • golden rooster on one leg
  • needle at the sea bottom
On request we will combine the wandering with a consulting service before and after the wandering including application of our systematic graphical methods.
