Shit happens. So far, so bad!
Our intellect helps us to to be aware of this fact.
But what must happen that we will also understand the need of changing?

Sorry, our memory plays a trick on our intellect!

Because our memory works with our subconscious and this one is not able to handle the Not. It is a built in self protection, avoding to loose our face.


The solution is the (con)science management and is based on the synectics

Because
  • pictures are handled by the subconscious
  • analogies help us to understand sustainably
  • we can still learn a lot from nature

But awareness does not work without understanding.

So how do we understand if we are on the wrong track?

Multibrain...Solutions There is a collective memory. And we can use our subconscious.
The first one is a priciple of group dynamics and may become increased by using collaborative systems.

The second one is an experience of precious deliverances:.

    feel it and use it.

Nature will work for us if we just admit it.
