This Test was developed so that you
can reconsider the use of election campaign methods
in your organisation.
In doing so we should criticise these methods and thereby
the implementation of our democracy in an appropriate way.
And therefore you should reconsider the methods used
for management and marketing in your organisation as well.
Surveys are a method of election campaigns
that may be used in your organisation too.
More about later - have a lot of fun with the Democracy Test !

Democracy Test
Policy making in Austria is in a final downward spiral. This is demonstrated by the latest election campaign which focused only on the question: who becomes the chancellor. Politicians are, however, more interchangeable than any other group of people. It is alarming, that both big parties believed in the effect of negative campaigning. A brighter future for the political system is, therefore, not in sight. More and more people decide to abstain from voting.
On the other side it is true that more and more people would need orientation and help in positive thinking. A coalition of the two big parties who both have lost will not be able to answer this issue.

Democracy Test
Latin: Minister. German: Servant. How many homes do still have a servant nowadays?
Exactly! These examples at the top of the nation are deterrent. And every fourth year the servants become a pack of lies. For CEOs it's easier. If shareholder or potentat they rate a manager by plane figures. Even election propaganda won't help. We need higher standards. But we, folk, chief, the electors are not this demanding. But why? Does ideology blur thinking about efficiency?
Test yourself, it won't hurt.
